What are the delivery and pick-up times?

Monday – Friday from 7am to 3pm.

Can I test your goods first?

With new customers, we generally agree to a test delivery. The composition and quantity are individually. Please contact us directly so that we can make a proposal for you.

Can I also look at your products on site?

Of course, you can personally view our products and services on site. Please contact us to arrange an appointment or use our contact form.

What kind of permission do you have?

Textrade is successfully certified for its activities “Storage and treatment of used clothes and textile waste”. For this purpose, TÜV NORD CERT verifies that our company meets all the requirements of the Circular Economy Act.

Which used textiles do you process?

In addition to German collected goods, we also process goods from other Western European countries.

Which transport units do you load?

We are able to load all common transport units. These are mainly lorries and sea containers.
